April is a Certified Urban Poling Trainer and in addition to her own Nordic Pole Walking adventures, she coaches people in the proper use and benefits of walking poles. Offering community pole walking events several months out of the year, April coaches people with and without balance issues on how to get outside for some exercise and how to stay stable while doing so. Nordic Pole Walking activates more of your muscles than just walking alone and is a great form of exercise.
